Newbie With Questions!!! Help!!!!

alright, so im new to the site, just bought a 96 spyder gs. and i am having problems with the top and i need some advice or help. so i put the top down to enjoy the nice weather we are havin, then when im tryin to put it up, it wont go up. so im kinda screwed right? then i get wind of the manual switch in the trunk. so i find it, and im needin to know what to do after that. i dunno if i flipped it right or not, it was kinda dark, but i was tryin to move the top and it wasnt movin from its down position. anyone know why? do i need to remove the motors or anything? please help asap!!!

That might help if when you press the button and you hear the motors trying to work. If you don't hear anything, I would recommend you checking the fuses to see if you popped a fuse.

I checked the fuse, and even replaced it. now all i hear is a clicking sound when i hold the button. i could care less about having to do it manually, i just need to know if theres a reason why its stuck
