ok when im at idle my oil pressure is very low. when i throttle it rises to normal. sometimes when i first start the car its a little high till the engine warms up...any advice would be great!

Sounds like normal to me, its high at start up because the oil is cool and thick. When the motor is warm the oil pressure lowers, but it should not be two low. It should be at that hash mark on the oil pressure guage when the motor is warm. The collant temperature will be in the middle and then the oil pressure should be in the middle. My friend rebuilt motor is a little similar because the connection of the oil pressure sensor was not good and kept falling off.

well it reads at the lowest mark when warm..and then rises to the the middle mark when i throttle...thats normal?
What is this lower mark you speak of. If you could send a picture of the lowest mark, then I would understand. How many miles does it have? Do you change the oil regularly and when you drive it, does the motor warm up in the middle. If you change the oil regularly and the temperature is warm then your oil pressure should be fine. Cold runs and short runs are not good for an engine. Im glad to say that 4g63s don't use much oil so it is easy to warm up that much oil faster than larger engines.

does your oil smell like gas? maybe it is thinned out.

Its kind of hard to tell, but I would say that the pressure is fine. sounds normal to me, because oil pressure is suppose to rise when you hit the gas and should be high at first start up. My friend oil pressure was like that. It had gasoline in the oil.
