help with emission hoses

ok i have a question......i saw the diagram for removing the emission hoses....i want to know if its going to mess with my idle or throw anything off if i remove them and plug them....also how do you plug them and with what? ....what about the little balls inside the throttle body the p the e etc...... its a 95 talon tsi

You will experience no performance gain from removing the emissions system. And in California, you should leave them all the more.
