What are the largest size injectors I can use on my GSX when im running on MAF-T and SAFC...

About 650-750cc is the most you can run with just a SAFC or MAFT. Having both doesn't increase the ability since your typically limited by the timing advance caused by lying to the ECU about the airflow to correct for the larger injectors. On the other hand a chip or DSMLink is limited only by the idle quality of big injectors. 1000 to 1600cc injectors are not uncommon with them.
