I couldn't get back on DSMtuners lately after my previous thread right here, I was hella busy with college for the past weeks, sorry. But now i'm free.
I did the crank walk test u guys mentioned at the end of my 1st thread, the results came back negative. I knew my car didn't have crank walk. The clicking noise while holding in the clutch is the thrust bearing, i'm 90% sure. I can take care of that. There is still a clacking noise while revving up to 2.5 RPM coming from my intake manifold, hard to describe but i'll try get a video up soon. Well enough of that, now on to my turbo...
I have shown pics, good condition. I have a little in-out play, no side to side. Blades are razor sharp. But is it me or sometimes when I drive, I don't hear the spooling noise of my turbo charging up before it spits out from the BOV. Although I may be wrong, I may just be paranoid. I recently heard if my friend and I put on the throttle body gasket incorrectly, it may actually be causing a leak, not allowing the car to run correctly.
Finally, there is an annoying problem. In 3rd gear or so, if I run my car hard, it seems like the car starts stuttering and jerking back and fourth a lil as it's gaining speed, almost like it's struggling to gain RPM. Happens often, not every time. What is that? It's annoying as **** and bothers the hell outta me.
Off-topic stuff: On this site a few days ago, I searched "totaled" just for the hell of it. I came across a few threads. One was about this guy that had a wreck with his wife's spyder and had to start over with a new plan. Make a Spyder GSX with the 4G64 2.4L (I think). Once he finished the project (swapping drivetrain, etc), a garbage truck drove by and literally crushed his rare car (less than 10 in the world I believe), pics and all. That's just crazy as hell,
