New im or BC 272 Cams Springs and retainers

I want to put on one more toy before I get my car tuned with the new AEM EMS on it. I have a 16g Turbo, 3" O2 back Apexi Exhaust, 780cc, 255lph Walboro, 60mm TB, and a couple of other mods.
My ? is which will give me the most for the buck, the Intake Mani or BC cams?

BC 272 cams should be a better hp gain than the intake manny IMO.

Cams then SMIM. Doing both mods will compliment each other very well.

So I'm wondering what route I should go for my next upgrades...with the mods in my list, would a SMIM be the next logical step? Or would that be overkill for the fp18g? I was contemplating just getting eagle rods and wiseco 8:5:1 pistons to start building up. Any advice? My goals are 400-450whp and running mid 11's in the 1/4.
