setting biss

I unplugged my isc motor connector and my idle didn't change as it said it would in a vfaq thread. Do I need to disconnect the position and motor sensor before the idle will stablize and I can set the bisss?

I thought you had to ground 2 points to set the BISS. I believe the VFAQ describes grounding a connector near the battery and pin 10 on the diagnostics plug. That should disable your ISC and allow you to set the BISS.

ok, does anyone know though if you unplug the isc motor connector and the idle doesn't change does taht mean it's not working?
