I've checked everything spark, fuel, everything is good. My question is this... I installed the safc2 on my 92.5 AUTO and left all settings alone on the fuel. The lower honeycomb has been removed from the maf. The stock 390 injectors were replaced with 450's. Do i need to set the safc a certain way so the car will at least run so i can fine tune it or what? Is there really that big of a difference between an auto ecu and a 5spd ecu? This is getting very time consuming. I even disconnected the safc's air flow signal to get nothing different. I need some advice asap. Thanks everyone that contributes to my problem resolution ahead of time

You said your car does not start at all?? And this is happening because of your afc install correct??? I just dont really get your question. Does the car crank???

it cranks with no problem, i just need to know how to do the correction %'s and a good number to use. I'm messing with it right now and after adj. the lo-throttle setting at 1K to -13 it tries to turn over.

The auto and manual ecu are the same, only difference is a seperate TCU on the autos. Did you remove the honeycombs from the complexed looking box portion, in the center above the two cylinders? Try readjusting the SAFC, the injectors will be dumping to much fuel.

I pulled the plugs out and obviously it's dumping too much fuel considering the plugs were still a little wet when they came out, Any ideas on a correction number to set the safc at?

I finally figured out wtf was wrong with it... noticed on the logger the ECT was reading -59degrees(I replaced it in Sept.), examined the plug it was good. but when i noticed the electrical tape on the wires from the previous owner I removed the tape only to find that neither wire was even connected. Old owner stated he couldn't get it running right...I found out why :D Now I just have to tune the safc and I'll be good. That turned out to be the whole reason for the no start. And i'm making a safe assumption to being told yesterday that the auto and manual ecu's are the same... They are but my eprom is for 390's not the 450's so they are the same ecu's just a minor difference. Thanks guys:thumb:
