What parts are good from my blown engine.

Looks like your head is fine other then some valve seals leaking out of your exhaust valve(s). The pistons, I'd toss or make a good paper weight because if you snapped your 7 bolt connecting rod, I am pretty sure you were beating on your motor before you snapped it in HALF! haha. The block may be salvageable if there aren't any scoring or gashes on the cylinder walls.

Not exactly sure what happen 2 days after i installed my cams and magnus this happend, but i am sure 25psi didnt help.....

and i got the car running again but my tcase must of cracked when the rod broke:mad:
