Ok, so on my home I was doing about 45'ish in 4th and went to shift to 5th(and car was acting normally). When i got it in fifth my car slowed down to 40, and I had zero throttle response, for about 5 sec's. Meanwhile, my car is holding steady at ~2,000 RPMs, and would not budge. I tried flooring it(gas pedal moved freely), pushing in clutch etc. When I shifted back to 4th it picked up fine. Back into 5th and it was fine. After that I tried to see if I could get it to do it again, I floored it, rev'ed it all over the place but could not get it to do it again.
Once I got home i checked to see it the throttle cable was getting stuck on anything, its not and the throttle body was cleaned about a month ago(and it's been driven 150+ miles since then). The only reason I'm even posting is because from what I read when I searched, the pedal should not move freely if the cable is stuck. So any ideas? On a side note(don't think this has anything to do with it), my gears in 1st and 2nd are sometimes hard to get into, or will grind as I'm shifting to them(with the clutch pressed in).
