symptoms of 'cas' out 180

hello if my ''cas'' was out 180 degrees what would they be??

Might not start just crank with starter motor. If the car did start your rpms would be low and fluctuate wildly and there would be knock and mis fires.

ok because i remember taking it out and couldnt remember what i did with it......so when i put it back in the car does some wierd stuff....so ill turn it 180 and see if it runs smoother.......also would it make my car feel like its towing a boat?

My car started up fine, and Idled fine.....but would not rev past 2k to save the world...found out my CAS was out 180...now my car is a beast and pull like a frieght train
