alright well I drive 98 GST and im having some problems. Whenever I acclerate over 30% throttle it sputters and then when it gets to 4500 it at full boost, but the rpms go up real slow. also the fuel pump is whining real loud could it be hitting fuel cut due to a bad fuel pump, or what. Someone help me please!?!?

Def fix your or get a new fuel pump, thats going to create problems non the less...

sputtering...check your plugs to make sure they havent fouled, when one of my plugs went bad, it did exactly waht your talking about...

I agree. Also check your plug wires. Check the sheathing on the wire and see if it's torn somewhere. If there's a tear it's real easy for the spark to arc.

alright ill definitely check those, also when it sputters sometimes it POPs real loud and shoots out a shit load of black smoke and sparks??

Check the fuel pressure with a guage under the hood and see if the pump is putting out the pressure like its supposed to, and since you have to pull the plugs to see if they're fouled or not pull the wire off all the way and test it. A faulty plug wire will cause a fouled plug and cause a major performance issue.
