2G Car dying after new BOV

i just bought and installed a hks ssqv bov and now my car usually turns off when i am stopping. what might be causing this? also i dont have the bov recirculating back into the intake like the stock one did but i capped off the hole in the intake.

Might check for a vacuum leak, did you hear any hissing under the hood? or did you disconnect something and not cap it off/ reinstal the vac hose? check those things first. how is idle? surging? or won't idle at all?

You need to recirculate it back into the stock location no matter what. Thats why it does that now
