So i was driving my car normally when all of a sudden i shifted and it kinda bogged... when i gave it some gas it bogged even more...
Pulled over and it threw a injector malfunction 4, it idles but idles on 3 cylinders... which makes it sound like a tractor..
Anywho, i limped home..
Here's what I did so far;
1. when i pull the plug on #4, the condition doesn't worsen, when I pull the plug on any other injector the condition worsens.
2. checked resistance on each of the plugs; (4 = 0 ohm) (3 = 444 ohm) (2 = 520 ohm) (1 = 500 ohm) don't know which setting i had it at, but i'm guessing its only a decimal thing.
3. With car running, took a different injector I took off the car a while ago, which was working, and plugged it into plug 4, i didnt hear any clicking, plugged it into plug 3 it clicked
4. Swapped in a different ECU... same thing, just idled a big higher because didnt have my deadtimes set or anything.
So, it seems i ruled out many things.... so where exactly do I go from here, tried to follow where the injector wires go, but they just kinda run into one fat loom... where do I go from here guys??
