Ok, so I'm trying to make my car more of a chick magnet. It's a dsm, so it's not really that hard. I'm hoping to get a few new ideas or reform some of mine to help me obtain my goal. My total project budget isn't modest.

So my to do list is:

Black paint with double clear coat
Magnaflow twin tip stock-looking muffler + resonator
Some sort of racing seats (need help here)
GReddy Type R or Type S BOV
GReddy color matched gauges or switch gauge color w/ import intelligence needles and bulbs
B20G turbo from Slowboy
720cc injectors
35% tent
900 W 4-channel amp powering some speakers
300 W 2-channel bridged on sealed 10''
17'' BBS RG-Rs
225/45ZR17 Bridgestone Potenzas

Heres my opinion.

Black paint with double clear coat
New paint is very nice and black is a great color.
Magnaflow twin tip stock-looking muffler + resonator
Dont get exhaust components to make your car "sexy".
Some sort of racing seats (need help here)
Why ... why.... Get seats for weight loss and something to hold you on corners, not to look pretty.
GReddy Type R or Type S BOV
Im shouldnt even have to go there. But I will, dont get a BOV to be cool.
GReddy color matched gauges or switch gauge color w/ import intelligence needles and bulbs
Stick with stock. Pretty colors wont impress anyone.
B20G turbo from Slowboy
Sounds good.
720cc injectors
Gettin better.
35% tent
Check your state tint laws.
900 W 4-channel amp powering some speakers
You wouldnt need that much by far.
300 W 2-channel bridged on sealed 10''
Make it removable for the track.
17'' BBS RG-Rs
225/45ZR17 Bridgestone Potenzas
Good size, should do the trick.

I've heard the leds burn out quick.

My factory seats are old and torn. Why not kill two birds with one stone? Half of the sexiness of the car is in how the car sounds. I like magnaflow. I'm pushing upperwards of 25-27 psi on my 1G bov, it's time for an aftermarket but Im just trying to choose the one that makes the most sense for my goals. As for the sound system, I hate being in cars that drown out the lyrics with heavy bass. I want it LOUD. People dont realize that 900 W on speakers that produce audible freq. will be louder than 2700 W on subs.

Black paint with double clear coat - maybe talon 2 tone with red, white, or goldish silver

Magnaflow twin tip stock-looking muffler + resonator

Some sort of racing seats (need help here) - get something classy looking - or some brides :D

GReddy Type R or Type S BOV - is this for the sound only??

GReddy color matched gauges or switch gauge color w/ import intelligence needles and bulbs - any gauges work... i loved my apexis and want defis but thats me

B20G turbo from Slowboy

720cc injectors

35% tent all around (with windshield imo)

900 W 4-channel amp powering some speakers
300 W 2-channel bridged on sealed 10''

17'' BBS RG-Rs - if you can afford it, 18's look alot bigger on dsms and go bronze with black

225/45ZR17 Bridgestone Potenzas

RMDSM LIP - THIS IS REQUIRED TO BE BALLER
and some sort of springs

the bold stuff is what will get them
also get the inside spotless..... this will have chicks flaunting to your car

*warning, not responsible for any accidents caused by beautiful women chasing you down* ROFL

I've started looking and found surprisingly few sites that sell RMDSM lips. Anyone know of a good one? I'm also looking for a 98-99 front bumper and 98-99 OEM headlights.

I would go with 18s, but I'm really going for a street/track setup.

So, I need to come up with a factory looking, sharp interior. I need a color scheme then. I'll start working on that tomorrow.

EDIT: I have tien SS coilovers

First, stop making lists. I hate it when people do this, i can just see the webernet unfolding in front of you.......

....anywho, on to some constructive advice. Paint's cool, but I'd wait until you do the 2GB conversion of your choice (Talons have the exotic look, but Eclipses are just downright sexy,) grab some ProSport gauges to match the amber cluster (this is how I have my setup, i've had people comment on how its weird that the factory gauges are on the a-pillar...LOL)

As far as seats go, 2G leather FTW. the rest of that crap is up to you, im not much for sound systems anymore, i get annoyed when other people "share" their music with me (esp. reggaeton) so im not much for that stuff...but good luck, post pics when shes done!

Lists keep my thoughts organized and ultimately, prevent me from omitting purchases. The bumper and the car dont have to be painted at the same time to match since I'm doing the painting myself. I'll probably end up doing black on red inside the car. I'm not much into people sharing their music either, but I'm tired of hearing shitty speakers.

instead of seats, REWRAP YOUR INTERIOR FTW!

Keep it simple on the outside, simple is always "sexy". If you're going to repaint the car, I would suggest going with the 98 Talon front a rear bumpers. The front one comes to a bit of a point and the back one has a couple "fins" on it that match the lines of the front one. The 95 talon that I had a couple years ago, I put them on and it looked sooooooo good. Also, do a set of dark(either black or gunmetal) rims with a polished or chrome lip. (cant go wrong there). It'll look soo good if you're still going to do the tint like you said. Maybe tint the tail lights too. It may sound a little blacked out, but chicks love the batmobile!!! haha good luck with it man, hope everything turns out good. Post pictures when you're done.

{aint it copper with black leather. Put the wheels on it. Lower it and put a front mount on it with all of the performanc that you have listed. A SMALL system and an exhaust that isn't ungodly loud just deep. And I'd call it a boner producer. That will bring any girl you want around the corner with a smile. And don't forget the 2GB turbo wing if it's not already there.

seats can either be really cheapor really expensive.
if you want them to look cool the megan racing ones will do fine.
if you want to reap the weight loss and handeling feel to keep you planted ....... then it gets expensive.
these are what im saving for . they are called the bride low max's
BRIDE Low Max GIAS Seat

but in all reality due to price ..... ill probably never get them ,even though they are way bad @$$

Wow! I've never seen seats so expensive! They better be made out of ####y for me to pay that price. For $3k, the car could be AWD. Before I did that, I'd have heated and cooled custom leather seats. The 2GB wing on a talon looks stupid tho. I have a GReddy FMIC and Tien SS coilovers, it's already lowered as far as I'd allow it to go. Especially if I get the RM DSM lip. Im considering the smoked corners vs the clear corners. Cops here are ####ing aweful when it comes to blacking out tailights or headlights, so that is kinda out of the question. I pretty much also dont want to have to worry about being pulled over for some silly shit like a muffler or illegal tint. Speaking of which, I just realized I've been spelling it 'tent', which is why I shouldnt post when I'm really tired.

Which of the Potenze series are you planning on getting? Have you had any experience with the Fuzion line also by Bridgestone?

+1 on the Magnaflow stock look. There was another thread a little while ago that went over the same thing... I've been looking at one for a couple weeks now.

I dont like fuzion in the same way I dont like firestone. Might be the same company but I think and hope the manufacturing quality is higher.

That's what I was really going for with the magnaflow. After tips and everything it's looking like Im going to drop $300 just on the muffler and that's before I pay someone to weld it up there.

Magnaflow sells twin-tip 3" inlet, 2.5" outlet unpolished SS mufflers for $54+S&H. Paint it flat-black with BBQ paint and put some chrome tips on it. That's a buttload cheaper than $300. Don't know if BBQ paint sticks to SS, though :p.

I agree with the black paint just be prepaired to wash it a lot I have a black 2g and I can wash get up in the morning and it looks dirty. The sound system sounds like you have it covered,I have rockford fosgate 12 in the back and 6 JBL speakers in the cab and it's krisp you can hear every word while still having a little boom. As far as the interior it's all about your taste no matter what everybody else say's you got to live with it so as long as you like go for it and best of luck

I say do the black and sexy thing....and the rewrap kicks a$$ compared to getting "racing" seats. You won't need that much in sounds....a nice radio (like the jvc avx) and a sub is more then enough in that hatch. Also a +1 for the 18 inch rims. Just keep in mind any ride height issues. Throw in some neons and you're done.

And where did you get the rewrap kit from? Do tell! Tofuboi!
