Maft installation Q's

Well this weekend im going to be installing my FMIC and MAFT set up with new intake piping and semi cold air intake.. So my question is this.. What do i do with the stock plug left from the stock maf??

from what i understand, the MAFT plugs into the stock plug...the translator, translates for the new setup and then gives the info through the stock plug...

Gofast is correct. The MAF-T will have two plugs - a large black one and a smaller black one with a purple thing around it. The stock MAS plug goes into the large black plug off the MAF-T. The small black plug gets plugged into the GM MAF.

and the white wire goes to the CAS

Yeah the white wire goes to the CAS for an RPM signal, it can be run without it though.
