Everytime i am under 2500rpm's my car just wont go. It kinda chugs a little(not beer). Then it will all of a sudden take off. When it takes off it hits so hard that it feels electrical although i could be wrong. Also when it does this if i rev it up its fine. Is it loading up? Any ideas?

Im runnin NGK BPR6ES gapped to .028.
Also im runnin 16 psi. Justdid a BLT the other day replaced TB gasket and shaft seals its not had any boost leaks since. It always does it under 2500rpm

I think I'm having a similar problem with my Talon. I'm getting tons of boost and no acceleration. The car also seems to be consuming gas like a hummer. It's weird but whether or not I put the throttle down hard or gradually the turbo will boost but the car will just will not accelerate and eventually it will stumble. After that I'll let up on the accelerator. I brought it in to have it looked at and the mechanic told me I had a bad Mass Air Flow sensor so I replaced it but I'm still having the same problem. I was thinking I might have a clogged catalytic converter or bad fuel pump. Possibly EGR valve? Not quite sure but I just would like to have a good place to start looking for problems. Thank you for any ideas.

I may be a newb to DSMs but I am not at newb at driving a manual. If I thought I was in too high of a gear I would have downshifted but this happens as I'm going in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Hey defiant. Any ideas? Like i was saying the car acts like its loading up. It acts like this before it see's any boost. Under boost its fine. Oh yea it is getting about 210 miles to a tank of 93

check your O2 sensor and your throttle body sensors. since you said you replaced the gasket and seals make sure you plugged every sensor back up.

Ok so i kinda feel dumb, but marsh63 you are the man. never even thought to double check. The TPS plugin is missing the little metal clip i must have bent it or something and it fell off it was letting my TPS come unplugged.
