i just instaled a 16g and i have no boost tap on the j pipe or compressor housing to tap for my boost controler is ther some where else i can tap ?

I don't know where you heard that not tapping a compressor housing will cause boost creep because that is false. Boost creep happens when the wastegate is maxed out and the boost still keeps climbing.
