Okay. Couldnt find this in any particular cyclone thread (i know, I've read all of them numerous times) and I wasn't sure what section to put this question in.
Basically, for those people who are without DSMlink and using an RPM Switch to active their Cyclone manifold's butterflies, how does this affect your launch when you're free-revving to about 5k+ in neutral before a launch?
If the switch is set for say 4k rpm, and the revving at 5500 before a launch, are the butterflies even useful?
I'm not doubting their use in street applications or road course, but my question is specifically geared from a drag mindset. Any help/info/input would be appreciated.
Thanks!
P.S. No Cyclone flamming either. I don't wanna hear it.
