I bought this used 1993 talon tsi AWD that had been sitting for about half a year and after changing the oil with mobile 1 synthetic 15w 50 I drove it about 25-30 miles no problem then out of nowhere the clutch started to slip violently. I pulled over after it started and there was a bunch of smoke upon opening the hood, I had to limp it home but when I started again in first it revved high and barely moved so after getting momentum I could eventually get back to 60mph on the way home. We pulled the E-brake and put it in 1st and let out on the clutch and it just sat there a revved instead of bucking or dying. Then once it cooled back off I tried it again and it grabbed for a moment. Someone suggested a rear main seal leak being the culprit but this one kind of has me stumped. Any info is appreciated, thanks in advance.
