wierd 1g headlight problem

hey i am having a weird problem with the headlights going up and down on my 1g talon that i just bought. The headlights do not go up and down when i turn the headlights on or use the headlight button but they do work (high beam and low beam). I searched the forum and all i can come up with is the chicklet mod but i do not think this is what i am looking for considering the headlights do not pop up even with the up and down button. all fuses wiring and relays seem to be in place.. whats up with this?? any help is greatly appreciated!

Check the fuse in your engine bay . Its the headlight Fuse Should be a 30 amp. It can be blown out.

i already checked it and it was good. im stumped on this one

Your gonna have to check if you are getting power to the motors. If you are then The motors are done. But if you dont then you have the follow it till you see where the power stops and why and then fix it.

I checked the ALLData Wiring diagrams and it looks like there is a relay on the pop-up motor circuit. Here is a pic of where the relay is
