problem with crank walk

i am building a 96 eclipse gs-t from the ground , and ive heard so much about crankwalk. does this even apply to a motor that is completly built up. i put eagle rods weisco pistons race bearings and all high end items even after the four thousand that i got into my long block, do i still have the chance of getting walk please help im new to dsm s' and need all the help i can get
 
yes you can still get crankwalk. one of the reasons is oil starvation is remebering a friend who builds motors was that its a good idea to disable the clutch so you can start the car without the clutch pressed in because things will get oil sooner maybe someone can correct me if im wrong but i would keep an eye on the motor a friend of mine did a rebuild on a gst and it walked again after 40kish miles well anyway good luck
 
ok so everyone says im prone to crank walk even after 4,000.00 into my new long block. does this even speak for my engine that had 103,000 miles, but never had crankwalk to begin with. it never blew up . i just wanted to freshen it up. so what is every one telling me?...... i should of just kepr it alone and drove my stock 100,000 mile engine?? please give me some advice

Just check crankshaft end play with a dial gauge, then check it against it's clearences within Haynes/Chiltons, or online. From there you should know if you are or if you are starting to have that issue of crank walk. Other than that, and other things to check for, you really don't know.
