Has anyone ever successfully removed the oil feed line from a 16g turbo with the manifold and everything still on the car. I need to replace the crush washers but don't want to risk the chance of breaking another manifold stud. If you have please tell me what you used. Thank you
 
Exactly, take out the radiator first so you can get a box-end wrench in there for that banjo bolt.
 
There is also a small bolt holding the oil and coolant feed lines on the block side of the turbo, very hard to reach ( nearly impossible ) if not separated from the manifold.
