So i took the intake off to do a boost leak test and when i took off the intake there was a bunch of oil , So i checked the spool for shaft play but there was none in and out or side to side. what could this be? is this also killing my turbo?

It is normal for some oil to be in the air intake. There is a line running from the passenger side of the valve cover to the intake. This is to assist the PCV system in evacuating gases from the crankcase.

There is a BUNCH of info on this, and mods to improve the system. Do a seacrh on PCV, and look for posts by Oldman or Romeen... they were some of the ones experimenting with better ways of doing things.

If you have excessive oil and other symptoms of trouble, that would be another matter. If the turbo checks out and you don't have any performance issues, it is probably just the normal oil due to the above.

But do some more research to be sure ;)
