ok so whenever I crank over my car it seems like the connection to my battery gets very weak....when its cranking (very slowly) my lights flicker on and off and i can hear my speakers cracking as well. And it bearly cranks like the battery is dead but its a fully charged yellow top optima...i checked my terminals and grounds and all is well.

Have you checked your fuses and relays?

And you are 100% positive that your terminals are tight and not corroded? I had a problem with my terminals coming loose for some reason and it was a PITA.

Did you check the ground that goes to the starter bolt. also the ground on the firewall. Sounds like a bad or missing chassis ground

good luck

Do this take a multi meter and touch the battery terminals look at the voltage should be close to 12v. Now touch the actual cable terminals and not the battery terminals. See if its the same voltage if not then clean or replace your cable terminals.
