did a 6bolt swap now i can't figure out where 4 plugs go. HELP!!!! Pics inside

i've got it all swapped and i just can't figure out where these plugs go? Any help would be great thanks.

I'm not 100% positive on these, but this should at least give you something to look for.

Picture 1:
Orange plug - o2 sensor (supposed to be by the water pipe and it will have 4 wires)
Black plug - starter

Pictures 2 + 3:
Left - knock sensor
Right - ?
 
that's what i thought it was but I think i've tried it and i don't think it's the same plug. I did also take the knock sensor from the junk motor and put it in the new motor as well.
 
Where are they coming from? You know something that helped me a lot, let the wire bend the way it looks like its been bent for a long time. As old as these cars are they have like a perma-bend in the wiring try and trace it. I think, I'm not sure but doesn't that orange big one on the left go to the transmission
 
I edited my post above. I know that plug and if I was near my car right now I could tell you, It's at my friends house getting put together.
 
I'm pretty sure the speed sensor connector (back of tranny) uses a metal clip to hold it on. I don't think any of those are for the speed sensor.
