Hi Guys,
I would to have your inputs on this transmission swap. Like will it work ? how hard is the swap etc....
Car: 97 eclipse gs spyder (2.4L) F4A23
Problem: Transmission, reverse gear doesn't work, D gear works but makes very loud grinding noises
So, recently i found an automatic 2.4L 98 Mits Galant transmission (F4A23-2) with 60K miles on it. Do you think this galant transmission fits into my 97 eclipse ?
Do i have to change any electronics or housing at all.
