Fluidyne welding question?

Trying to install the fluidyne radiator but the top inlet nedded to be moved for fittment. Now we are having trouble welding a new one on. Has anyone welded on this radiator? If so what did yall use. Brought it to two welding shops neither could weld on it. Thanks

You have to TIG weld it

Is it anodized aluminum?

If so, it will have to be brazed, as anodized aluminum won't conduct electricity.
