Are those any good? I know you pay what you get for but I'm looking for a cheap cat, because my car doesn't have one and I cannot pass emission right now. (I have a 96 eagle talon esi)

its not really a "cat" its like the inside of a fart can pretty much so it wouldn't help you at all

Are you referring to the test pipes? These are just straight pipes, they wouldn't pass emissions. Time for a trip to the junkyard! Just grab one to stick on there to pass, then take it off.

Go to summit racing. I just picked up a new 2.5" inlet/outlet cat for like 55 bucks.
