SAFC II shutting off

I just installed an SAFC II in my car this fall, and recently when the car is not fully warmed up, the SAFC turns off then right back on. This makes my car Bog for that split second. The wiring is correct, and connections seem fine, Could this just be the cold messing with my car? It has just recently started to drop to freezing temperatures here, and it worked fine before it got cold. Or do you think this is something else? like a bad SAFC II?

The wiring "seems" to be fine, but is it? Check the resistance to ground, betcha it's high.

Agreed. Most of the time the ground is the problem. Also check your 12v source connection to make sure you have a solid connection there.

I agree check your ground and power to the safcII.Then have your charging system checked.

I will check those again, but driving it today. When the car was cold it did it numerous times, but when it was warmed up in the car with the heat on it gave me no problems.
