hey whats up i just bought a 1990 mitsubishi eclipse GST for 300 dollars here's pitures . I also have a 1998 eagle talon ESI

Well i found on a Mitsubishi eclipse GST for 300 in my town it has engine problems like valve chattering and burning oil but the interior is immaculate and exterior the door for the gas tank is missing and thats the only flaw i saw the title is clean its a manual it red with black trim just like my car! here's pics. Well I went over to the owner and it was dark out (daylight savings) and i satrted it up and it was idling kind of rough but not as bad as I thought so I took it for a test drive and when i slow down or stop it will act like its about to die then go back to the way it was and i popped the hood and there was oil on the header cover protector thing .

The badging says GS not GS-T. And is it me or is the passengers door a different color red then the rest of the car. If it's a GS_T and you got it for $300 congrats I always liked the 1g cars. Just got some nice body lines to em. If I could find one like that around where I am and with an interior like that I would jump on it in a heartbeat.

yes but under it it says turbo man on the eclipse wether it was turbo or non turbo it will jsut say GS but in 1995 they started saying GST also i decided the vin # and it says 2.0 turbo

EDIT: the lady told me she got 22 emails that same night I emailed her

Didn't see it said tubro but congrats you got yourself a nice car for the price. Sounds like me when I bought my car I got my GS-T at a good price. I went to pick the car up and the guy said hopefully you got cash there are 2 more people on the way to look at the car and as soon as I handed him the cash one of the guys showed up. And I was traveling 300 miles to get it and he told me it would be first come first serve. Good luck with the car though. She needs a little tlc but she'll be a blast to drive.

Yeah I was the only one that showed up or i mean the only one that went and paid for it but yeah the guy said it cost him 2 grand to replace the turbo because of the problems but it didnt fix the problem when I got the GSt towed ot my house ill record the knocking noise its making

yeah I'm glad I found that especially in Missouri there hard to find a first generation DSM in Missouri
