My RMDSM sway bars just came in. I'm about to do my starter and while I have the car in the garage I'm probably gonna do the sway bars also. Anyone have any instructions or tips on this? I've touched a sway bar before so I have no idea what I'm about to deal with..

Follow the instructions that came with the sway bars, they are very good. You might have to replace the sway bar end links if they are rusted really bad. We had to on my brothers GST. It's a pretty straightforward install and shouldn't give you too many problems.

Just follow the instructions that they came with and you'll be fine. One word of warning - soak all nuts and bolts in PB Blaster as much and long as you can before you start working on it. It will make the job much easier. Also, if your car is like most others, your sway bar end links will be shot. They will be a PITA to get off and it will probably be easier just to hack them off and install new ones. That is what I had to do. So just pick up 4 new sway bar end links (only like $25) and install them when you do the sway bars. Other than that, pretty straight forward install.

Good luck!

My swaw bars didn't come with instructions.. I bought them from slowboy racing and they were drop shipped by MachV Motorsports...

They should have came with instructions. When are you going to do the install? I can copy my instructions if you need them soon.

Probably start it tommorow or this weekend.. I'm doing my starter tomorrow, so if that goes smoothly I'll do sway bars right after..

Starter should be very easy for you. Let me try to get you the instructions.

Edit: I should be able to get them for you tomorrow.
