I haven't had the car for that long so I don't know if the tranny has been flushed or anything but I know the tranny fluid isn't low I checked it a few days ago. My problem is when I'm driving, if I floor it, the rpm's will jump up to like 6.5 or 7k and then will drop and begin to climb normal. what could be causing this? over drive also works ok.

Straight up she is probably toasted. Check the fluid and see if it is a dark brown and smells burnt. What is happening is she is slipping like mad when you floor it. If you feel lucky pull the tranny pan and check the inside of it to see if you see any metal in the fluid(in the bottom of the pan). Change the filter and put in new fluid and try it. The only reason I say if you feel lucky is that I have seen em slip like that before and when you change the fluid they dont ever move again. So you might be pushin it of a cliff after the tranny service. Good luck and keep us posted.
