I was talking to this guy who drives a Cobalt SS and he said it was stock besides a "can" tune. I didn't want to ask what it was. I have never heard anything called a "can" tune. He also said he needed a HP tune.

I wasn't sure if I should of laughed in his face or what. Anyone know what he might be talking about?

Maybe it stands for something; you know, like CAI for cold air intake LOL. Maybe it stands for Cobalts Are Nasty (looking). Or maybe he meant cam tune? That's about the only thing he may have spelled wrong and can be tuned. Maybe his stock cams are more aggressive now and were tuned electronically kinda like V-tec or MIVEC with a flash.

^ is this a serious statement or just a joke? :D

Being just a Newbie I can't be sure if he was serious. But for a good clue check out Defiant's other posts from early this morning. He seemed to be in a fine fettle.

But, but.., if tuning really came in a bottle I wasted a lot of cash on dyno time.
