Problem with 1g Nonturbo 1.8 smoking when going around strong right turns

My 1g daily driver 1.8 Eclipse has a very strange problem. Whenever I take a right hand exit ramp or strong curve, a huge cloud of white smoke comes out of the tailpipe. It is a very large amount and will often make the car behind me pull to the side of the road! If I unhook the PCV valve, it does not do it. I know it is nothing internal to the engine as the compression is 190 across the board. Also, this is the only time the engine smokes. I have searched and asked many mechanics but nobody knows what is going on. Please help!!! Has this ever happened to anybody?

White usually means coolant.
Look your entire cooling system over and anywhere coolant might be leaking at.

Attach a coolant system pressure tester (engine off) and watch where it squirts out. Buy one at any auto store, Sears, or have a repair shop do it.

Thanks for the info but I forgot to mention the oil I get in the PCV Valve Hose going to the intake manifold. I am confident it is oil because everytime it happens, I lose a good 1/4 quart of oil. Otherwise, I don't use any oil at all. I am going to try that though if I can get my hands on a coolant pressure tester. I have replaced the PCV valve but the oil still gets past it. Any more info?
