I have looked on dsmtuners and i have found nothing that can help me.
If you have a sec to hear my story and help me out with my problem.

Well i installed a new head in my 91 tsi awd with 264/272 cams from WEBB cams. i put everything back together and tried to time it. the timing was good and i went inside to rev my car. The car did not rev all the way out it went up to 5500 before it started to sputter, like it was hitting the revlimiter. at this time the ecu was siting on the side of the passenger side, so basically the ecu was not grounded. I put it back on so i grounded it, turned the pin on the CAS 180 degrees , becasue one of my friends said that could be turned around. I timed it again, than go rev it. it went up to 6000-6500 rpm before sputtering this time. Also the CEL came on. the response is slow as well. The car idles at 500-600 rpm with timing at 0*.

Now the problems are

CEL
500-600 RPM idle
does not rev past 6000-6500

before when the ecu was not grounded the ecu did not throw any cel.

If you can please help me. Thank you.

You could try reseting your ECU to clear the CEL. (unplug negative battery cable)

Did the CAS come with the new head or were you using your old CAS? When you put the CAS on, was the motor at top dead center? This is important.

yeah it was on TDC. and i did use the old CAS. but im going to the junkyard and get another. but what do you think.
