so my friend blew his t-25 and we put the 14b in and now its running really rich every thing is stock he has a a/f boost gauge and thats about it. would we have to go get this tune or get a afc2?

boost leak test +2
with the additional air of a larger turbo you would not see a richer condition but a leaner condition. if nothing else was changed... boost leak.

Well the boost does come in at different times so it might run rich down low
