Very High startup - Need Help

So ever since I put on a 1g throttle body I start my car in the morning and get a 2500 rpm idle. I dont get any idle surge what so ever but if I tap the gas it will bog for a second then come right back up. After the car is warm it idles right around 850 and I dont have any more problems.

I believe Im throwing a code p505.

What could cause this to happen?

My car did the same thing, I found the problem was a bad thermostat that was making my car run rich.
I would say check the thermostat and the sending unit.

Actually, I have just replaced the thermostat with a brand new oem one.
