Is there a BOV that uses the same flange as the TurboXS??

It's just a simple round outlet basically. Here's a pic...

The Synpase Engineering ones looks similar, but i'm not sure if it would be an exact fit. Anyone know? :coy:

I don't want to spend 100+ dollars on a nice new polished UICP just to swap BOV's, but I guess if I don't have a choice that's what i'll have to do.

When I upgraded to a FMIC, I had to spend $75 to have the stock flange welded on to my new pipe.
??

My UICP is flanged(welded on) for the TurboXS BOV. I'd need a new UICP if I wanted to get a BOV with a different type of flange.

No, as I said, you can get any flange welded on to your new pipe. Go to a tuner shop or something and just ask them to cut your old flange off, and weld it to your new pipe.
