the radiator fan that sits in front of my manifold seems like it doesnt work (no power to it) so i was thinking to run it to a toggel switch so i can turn it on when i want. does that sound like a good chooce has any one done that?

Did you test the power wires going to the fan? See if you have continuity to the ground and power. Since it doesn't look like you have Dsmlink, you will have to start the car and run it for awhile to have the fans turn on and thats when you would check for power. I don't remember how to turn the fans on manually. But, I would try either method. The one method you mentioned should work. But, before you start cutting wires, I would test them first.

The button is pressed in once and is highlighted orange. This will turn on the fan on low mode. *EDIT* My AC system is gone.
