rpms stop rising for a moment between 5800-6300

Hi hope someone can help me with my problem, my car is running really great, no problems during normal driving conditions, no boost leaks, built and keep boost 18psi on E3B16g running way rich all the way thru the rpms.

But as soon as i hit 5800-6300 rpms seems to stop raising for a moment like maybe 2 seconds after that, rpms keep rising as usual, I have really serious traction issues spinning tires all 2nd gear, no misfire, no sputtering, boost keeps and the car still pulling don´t feel any power loss, just hear the tires spinning, the clutch is brand new spec stage 3 with 1000 miles on it, magnecore spark plugs, brand new coil pack, spark plugs bpr7es gapped to .028

is my too rich condition causing this? maybe the clutch need some more hard pulls to break in completly or maybe i am having some knock that can cause this? some problem related to the power transistor?

Just don´t know whats going on, hope you can help me guys

I'd say running rich would be bad. If you have been running rich for a long period of time you might also have a few fouled spark plugs. Check your plugs and replace them if needed. And then work on leaning out your A/F ratio and see if it helps your problem at all.

Also, do you know if you are getting knock around the 5800-6300? If you are then that is also contributing to this.
