ok.... i am a complete newb when it comes to fuel system mods...... i will start with my current setup on my 99gst

intake
fp big 16g, fully ported w/34mm wastegate
all hard IC pipe with greddy front mount
hallman mbc
2.5in down pipe and full exhaust
hks ssq bov
greddy turbo timer and boost gauge

and tommorrow my other parts should arrive...

pte 550 injectors
190 walbro fuel pump
apexi safc II

What is the best or easiest order to install the injectors and the fuel pump? both at the same time or one before the other to make trouble shooting easier....... And what settings on the safc II would be the best for my setup:D And if there are any DSMtuners in the cincinnati ohio area that wouldn't mind helping me get this all worked out this weekend let me know.......... i will make sure the beer fridge is well stocked...:thumb:
 
I'd recommend installing the SAFC first and keeping everthing at zero for troubleshooting purposes. After that, it doesn't matter which you install first.

You should have to take out about 18% airflow reading after installing everthing. I don't have too much experience with the SAFC but I would think that it would be safer to take out slightly less airflow and then tuning with a logger and/or wideband to get a final tune.
 
Also i'de like to add that although the 2g fpr is better than the 1g. If your upgrading all the other fuel to get an afpr and filter. That why you can control your fuel pressure, and you know it won't be losing flow in your filter.
 
An AFPR is handy to be absolutely sure.. makes tuning a LOT easier, when you have a stable fuel pressure to start with. I wouldn't worry too much about your fuel filter (other than if it's never been replaced), the OEM design is pretty solid, and if you're at the level where you're going to start overrunning it, you'll know well ahead of time. Just make sure that you also do the fuel pump rewire to get the most out of the upgrade.
