Ok so,
My car is fubar....

I'm having issues all around. First off, it has NO power and this is the log for it. It's studdering sorta.
Don't look at my RPM's to judge, look at my TPS... that should tell most of the story...

glowing is not a case of lean, its extremely rich, extremely retarded timing, or cam timing problems
 
I'm on stock boost with the ristrictor free mod done. Hacked Maf and Removed silencer. Other than that, she's completely 100% stock...
We're still trying to get it to work but heres one point in the powerband...

Now, I know most of this stuff is pointless but I figured it might help.

BTW, can someone teach me how to read this in terms of say low INJD + 02-R = ??

Also, There are times when the car will NOT accelerate to save its life. Heres that log ish....

Notice knock is maxed out? 43 counts is the highest loggers will read. try this. have the logger up... and punch it. if it knocks, let off and punch it again. it will sometimes go away and the car will pull nice.

You're not getting fully WOT. Your coolant temps are also too high. over 206* you will lose 1* of timing advance, plus all that knock, you're loosing a LOT of timing. Either look for something mechanical causing the knock, possibly noisey lifters. But are you SURE your base timing is set correctly? I had that issue once and the car was a dog.

Check your knock sensor... feel for any goo.... Replace if bad. Replace your lifters if their noisey... And check for any odd noises under the hood (loose brackets, metal hitting metal, etc..) and fix all that. Knock sensor is probally picking up false knock and retarding your timing. What oil are you running?

Mobile 1 and this just started happening... also, I changed my knock sensor with a non gooey semi new sensor.

It wont let me go above 2k rpms without a HUGE struggle...
I'm pretty sure its fuel related...

My lifters are noisy but not THAT noisy...

What, failing, would cause the engine to starve of fuel or overload it with fuel. I havn't figured out which...
 
Ok, so I know this isnt the format yall want it in but I've been TRYING to get Excel to read the log above but its pissin me off and It took a LONG time for me to trim the shit off of this log so please just bear with me my cars killin me at this point.
Yes I know i'm getting a lot of knock, yes I know my TPS isn't 100% some times. My foot wasn't into it far enough. I'm just trying to figure out why i'm getting so much knock. Its a new Knock sensor btw, the boost is stock.

Sometimes, its really random. I didn't torque it to spec because I could hardly get back there. I thought I might of had it too loose. It was still tight though. I'm not sure if its phantom knock though, I can actually hear a small tick when i'm accelerating. I'll try and torque it though. Does that mean I have to take the intake mani off to get the torque wrench back there? I used a shorty wrench originally.
Whats the torque spec?

I'm gonna try and get a lot of this done after work today. I wanna check the compression since I did mildly overheat it once. I'm also gonna try a new maf and test my fuel pump voltage.
 
Somehting is causing that knock. It's maxed most of the time. I'd assume some kind of mechanical noise. All that knock is KILLING your timing (killing your power). I'd assume all that retarded timing + the boost you're running is making the manifold glow.

Check for loose stuff under the hood and connected to the motor. Something is WAY off.

Check your wiring for your knock sensor, check and set base timing at 5 degrees BTDC with timing connector grounded, Check your mechanical timing, Cams etc... Also check and see if you are knocking at idle without boost. Look for anything that is possibly hitting the engine. Make sure that your engine isn't jumping around under acceleration and hitting the firewall. It also might not be a bad idea to do a boost leak test. Do you have a wideband 02?

No wideband, I'm not knocking at idle. I have it set at 5 degrees with the connector grounded. I'll check my motor mounts as well.

I think i'm gonna try and take a video of this. If I start out without reving it to around 3k then let the clutch out MOST times it will start out SUPER sluggish, like 500 rpm's.

Ok this is ####ing pissing me off! I'm so sick of this bullshit!
I went to check the wires, one was sitting in oil. I wiped it off, changed my maf to a good one and took off. It's driving like a dream for like 5 minutes. Every few seconds or so I'll get a count of knock. No rythem just random. I think the most was up to 8. I was thinking I could deal with this and go from here. I pull in, Get my logger. Runs fine for another minute. I go to do a full 2nd gear pull WOT thats it, no idle just all pull. IT STARTS ####ING UP AGAIN!
I'm so irritated right now...
What the #### could this be?


So just a little history on this problem. A long time ago back in the day probably 7 months ago. It studders like this for only a second. I'm thinking wtf. No biggie. Keep driving and progressively from the last few months its gotten so bad its effecting my driving... I can't take off out of parking lots without worrying if i'll get hit cus she wont ####ING go! So its something that is getting WORSE.
I can hear the knocking, its not something hitting my block! Then there are times when I wont here a tap at all.

Its like it wont run on boost. Once the turbo starts to spool it falls flat on its face.

I'm seriously about to part the ####er out.
 
Sounds like a clogged cat, you said it's all stock have you checked your exhaust system? Drop the exhaust from the downpipe and secure it and go for a drive...

Would that cause all the knock?

I've also checked the ECU and everythings clean. Wires only have about 3k miles on them. Same with plugs and fuel filter.
