feels like im driving with the brake on need help

I was driving last night and i noticed that my car felt a little weird and then when i went around a turn it started to shake like the wheel was going to fall off...so i pulled over and i couldnt see anything, but the car basically stopped itself and was staying there on a small hill without the brakes on?...so as of now its just hard to take off and feels like something is definitley locked up..i checked out the brakes and they seem fine and my e-brake doesnt work the cable is cut off, so any advise on what to look for would help thanks

Check the rear brakes where the e-brake shoes are. It may be that the e-brake cable was cut once it was engaged.

I would suggest breaking down the brake claliper and look at the guide bolts. Mine were old and the lubircant turned into something that didn't exist on this earth So with that old lubricant gone and some new anitseaze in place, it got rid of my brakes sticking. Or worse, your bearing bit the dust, but on the bright side you can get them online for about 25 - 40% cheaper than the dealership. When you find out what's really wrong, let us know!!
