evo 8 mas wiring for 2g

Thats how it goes in a 1g, I remember
it being the same as wiring in a 2g mass on a 1g... Therefore should be the same wiring/ color pinouts as ya 2g mass. Thats what I recall.

I used to run one a evo mass and they work great....

So the evo 8 mass flows 30% more air could you just turn down the boost until you had a way to tune for the extra air? I think my mass is going out becuase it was acting like it was unpluged the other day and i had to get out and play with it. Also are the evo9 masses the same or did they improve them since they are running a slightly bigger turbo?
 
So is the evo 8 mas plug just like the 2g? I have searched the forums and the topics have vauge answers at best. I want to go with a evo 8 mas as i am maxing my current 2g mas out.
Does anyone know of where i can go to find the wiring diagram?

No, the EVO MAS plug is smaller but the wires macth up the same.

The additional airflow from the MAF is not gonna cause your engine to see more boost, so turning it down would not be necessary. It will allow you to see more boost a little faster, but not in total(unless you turn it up). The only thing you will have to worry about, is that it's calibrated differently for bigger injectors.

So, in short, you will probably still need a way to tune, just for a different reason. :)
