What kind of budget are you on?

again, how much money do you want to spend, and what will you be using the car for? for the price of the GC sleeves/X Brand Shock setup, you can almost purchase an actual coilover setup. also, are you looking for something that will make your car handle very nice, is the car going to be doing a lot of drag racing or do you want to just lower your car?

as for the 2 setups you suggested, i would go with the koni/GC setup. im sure that both the tokico and koni shocks are great, but the koni/GC setup is a proven setup that a lot of people run. also, what spring rates are you planning to go with?

Koni's will handle the GC much better and will have a longer life together

yeh i dont tend to post on here so it was a very vague posting. I am looking to lower the car but really looking for the handling aspect quite posibly for track but for now street is my aim. budget isnt really a problem, i was looking for true coilovers but havnt been able to find any good information on what particular brand works best on a 2G 98 GS.
