Yes i've searched this and i've read the searches and all i have found was CV's joints strut mount bolts loose. And they are all dealing with turning. I noticed my clicking when i was at an incline at a stop sign and i put it in first and gave it gas and on the pass. side a heard a Click! so i put it back in neutral and rolled back about a 1' and gave it gas again and hit my brakes hard to make a Quick stop and yet again it click ! any ideas what this might be? i've checked the cv boots and NO tears or breaks or grease for that matter and it just happened today basically out of the blue. :( any help or other things to check please let me know thanks!

I would check the bolts on the wheel make sure they are all tight also the main axle bolt make sure it hasn't backed off it could if you didn't have the pin that goes in it...one other simple thing would be that the brake rotor and brake pads move around and is causing the noice this is normal just make sure you have enough brake lube to keep it from hitting metal to metal to much good luck!

also check the mounts that come off the tranny the one on top, rear and front if any of those are lose then they will also move back and forth sometimes hitting the mount brackets themselves giving you a click or a thump if it's a continues click left or right, multiple clicks while you are driving in a circle then it's probably one of the axles :(

well i pulled the tranny last night to put my new 2600 and Fidanza fly on. In the process i did my brake lines with MachV stainless steel and i also changed both tie rods on both sides and took her for a "gentle" ride quick to test disengagement on the clutch and noticed the clicking was gone on the pass. side so i guess in my theory Both tie rods where bad! :)
