1g 1990 Throttle Body Gaskets?

Just go to a Mitsu dealer, they aren't that expensive and the quality is a lot better than if you were to get them from NAPA or a place like that.

If I remember right, the gasket between the intake manifold and the throttle body is different on a 90 versus a 91-94. It's been a while though.

You are correct . Just make one , gasket material .

If you mean use RTV I wouldn't suggest that.

On a side question, where can I get some stainless steel tb gaskets for the 1g? The ones from napa/etc. are all cardboard and leak.

Gasket material is material exactly like the gasket . You just trace and cut . ;)

A stainless steel throttlebody gasket? Nobody makes those because they wouldn't seal. It would be like bolting your tb elbow directly to the tb without any gasket at all. If you mean a MLS tb gasket, that might work but again, nobody makes those. If you're not sealing with the oem gaskets, something is very wrong and you need to remove the parts and carefully inspect the mating edges for deep scratches or warpage.
