anybody have a diagram for which wires go to where for the coolant temp sensor on the bottom of the coolant neck? the wires all broke on mine, and the car is stuck in cold mode, i want to re wire it with some better connecters. i know there is a green/black wire and a green/yellow wire. thanks for the help

i need to know where they go on the coolant neck, i dont have any problems with the wiring going to the ecu, my connector from the coolant neck broke and im unsure as to what goes where, also what kind of connectors do you guys run?

Wow this is an old thread, but I need to know this as well. I cant find it on my wiring diagram.

Yeah, I need to know the color of the wires though, the guy before me really botched my wiring.

Can anyone tell me which of these wires goes to the coolant temp sensor?

Manual shows yellow w/green stripe (signal) and green w/black stripe (ground - should have continuity to ground on this one). The two in your pic with the wire ends stripped off should be the ones.

The wires for my coolant temp sensor that are a part of the engine harness backed out of my coolant temp harness connector. I went all around looking for a junk yard that would let me cut out the harness and none would. Any ideas? I'm not trying to buy a new engine harness because of one dumb plug. If you could hardwire your coolant temp sensor I would but you can't.

I had a bad cts and I ended up just grounding the wires onto the thermostat housing and it worked fine
