downpipe problems

I have a 95 gst with a hahns 16g a dnp exhaust mani (T3 flange). and an apexi n1 downpipe. after I put the exhaust mani on the o2 housing sits at a different angle then my downpipe and it wont bolt up so does anyone know any solutions besides an exhaust shop?

Best bet is to call up the companies you bought the parts from and see what they have to say. Hahn should easily be able to tell you what the problem is. If that doesnt solve your problem than you already suggested the simple solution. An exhaust shop might not be something you want to deal with but it will fix the problem rather quickly. Did you buy the turbo, mani and o2 all at the same time, and changed everything at the same time? What kind of o2 housing? I believe the EVOIII o2 housing is at a slightly different angle. If so RRE can help you out in that department.

The Hahn super 16g is a T3 turbo. Tottally diferent than a Evo 3 16g. So now im wondering which one he has.

oh yea your right, I didn't even read that, all I read was 16g, didn't see the part where he said he is bolting it up to a dnp t3 manifold hah.

Maybe he got some kind of adapter plate, but usually it's the other way around (mitsu flange to t3 adapter plate). Guess we'll have to wait until his response.

Try searching their website for install instructions it says they have them but i couldnt find it.If its like the o2 elimintator below its says hahn downpipes only.

no its not that one that flange on both sides has three bolts mine is the one in the picture but I think I figured out how to take care of it. thanx for the help.

well im goin to undo two of the hangers and push it back but twist it at the same time then that will make it driveable to the exhaust shop and see if they can make fit alot better. basically what i didnt want to do ### i wanted to drive my car today.
